Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the pulley transmits power to the eccentric shaft via the SPC belt, causing the movable jaw to move up and down in a reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw moves towards the fixed jaw, material in the crushing chamber is compressed and crushed. As the movable jaw moves away, the crushed material that meets the required size is discharged through the outlet. With continuous motor operation, the crusher performs crushing and discharging in cycles, enabling high-efficiency, large-scale production.
