Working Principle
The F5X Series Vibrating Feeder utilizes a dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate excitation force. A gear pair links the two eccentric shafts, causing them to rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. Driven by the motor, this excitation force moves the material along the feeder’s groove with a sliding and bouncing motion. As materials pass through the feeder’s grid bars, smaller particles fall through the gaps and proceed to the next crushing stage. This setup allows the feeder to pre-screen materials, enhancing the crushing plant's overall efficiency and capacity.
