2. Working Principle

The HGT Hydraulic Gyratory Crusher is composed of a beam, upper and lower frames, middle frame, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, drive system, and hydraulic assembly. Powered by a motor, the horizontal shaft rotates continuously, transmitting motion to the eccentric sleeve via a gear mechanism. As the eccentric sleeve turns, it causes the moving cone to gyrate in a circular path, compressing and crushing material within the chamber to achieve the desired output.
