Working Principle
The motor drives the belt and pulley, transmitting power to the eccentric shaft, which causes the moving jaw to perform a periodic reciprocating motion toward the fixed jaw. As the moving jaw advances, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw increases, pressing the material in the crushing chamber against the fixed jaw and crushing it. When the moving jaw retreats, the angle decreases, and the toggle plate, along with the pull rod and spring mechanism, helps the moving jaw move away from the fixed jaw. Crushed material that meets the required size is then discharged from the bottom outlet. This cycle repeats continuously, enabling efficient crushing.
