PF impact crusher
Working Principle
The impact crusher crushes materials using impact energy. During operation, the motor drives the rotor at high speed, with blow bars attached. When materials enter the impact zone of the blow bars, they are struck and thrown towards the impact devices surrounding the rotor. The high-speed motion causes the material to rebound from the impact liner back to the area affected by the blow bars, where further crushing occurs until the material reaches the required size. The gap between the impact rack and rotor can be adjusted to control the size and shape of the final product.
