Features of S5X Vibrating Screen
Enhanced Vibrating Strength
With the latest advanced design and manufacturing techniques, the screen offers increased vibrating strength (G-force), high throughput capacity, and improved screening efficiency.
SV Hyper-Energy Exciter
Equipped with the SV Hyper-Energy Exciter, which is a standard feature of the S5X vibrating screen, it ensures high efficiency and reliability. The exciter comes in four models (SV1-SV4) and allows for adjustable balancing weights to meet different excitation force requirements for various types of vibrating screens. All screen parts are interchangeable, universal, standard, and modular.
Finite Element Analysis
The screen frame utilizes finite element analysis to ensure optimal design strength, weight balance, and fatigue stress control, all within a safe margin.
Stable Performance
The screen’s motor and exciter are equipped with flexible drive systems, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
Extra-Long Service Life
The screen’s side frame is free from welding points, and it uses rubber springs for support. A 400mm long feeding chute, 25mm thick rubber plate, and 5mm beam protection wrap ensure the screen’s longevity.

Working Principle
The S5X vibrating screen consists of a screen box, spring support groups, bearings, vibrators, transmission system, motor, and other components. The screen operates with a spring-supported design and uses block eccentric vibration as the exciter source. The eccentric rotation generates excitation force, causing the screen box to move in a circular reciprocating motion. On the inclined screen surface, the material undergoes a series of tumbling motions, continuously comparing with the mesh. Materials smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen, while larger materials remain on top, completing the screening process.
