VSI5X Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
Working Principle
Upon entering the impeller, raw material is first accelerated and then thrown out to directly strike the impact plate. The material is also split into two parts by a material-dividing plate: one part falls from the surrounding area, while the other enters the impeller, where it is accelerated, thrown out, and collides with the falling material, then rebounds off the impact plate. This cycle of collisions repeats. As the crushing progresses, smaller particles form a material bed around the impact plate, enhancing the crushing effect and protecting the machine. The final artificial sand product then exits through the outlet.
