  1. Features of YKN Vibrating Screen

The motor and vibrator are connected by a flexible coupling, ensuring stable operation by eliminating axial force during torque transmission.

Optimized Structure
Using finite element analysis technology, the screen frame is optimally designed, with the side plates formed by a single bending process to prevent welding cracks. By adjusting the quantity of eccentric blocks, the vibrator can be customized to meet different exciting forces and amplitudes.

Easy Maintenance
This series of vibrating screens features a synchronous cog belt structure, which is lighter and easier to maintain compared to traditional synchronous gears. The external eccentric block structure of the vibrator simplifies installation and maintenance. Additionally, the universal joint connection between the vibrator provides greater flexibility during installation.

  1. Working Principle

The YKN series circular vibrating screen is a forced vibration screening machine consisting of vibrating parts, screen box, exciter, and springs as elastic components. During operation, the motor drives the exciter through an intermediate shaft and flexible coupling, causing the eccentric block in the exciter to rotate quickly and generate exciting forces. These forces drive the screen box to vibrate continuously. Materials move in a projectile motion along the inclined screen surface, where they are layered as they are thrown upward. As the material falls and contacts the screen, granules pass through the mesh, completing the classification process repeatedly.
